A Proof connects the order, packing evidence, and shipping activity as the shipment moves through fulfillment.
ORDER
Bring in the transaction through an available store connection, a supported import, or direct entry. Confirm the item and order reference before recording.
With automatic intake enabled, eligible connected orders can create their Proofs automatically. Store availability appears in Connections.
EVIDENCE
Use one continuous video to show the item, its visible condition, packing material, and final seal. Keep the shipping label visible for barcode detection where supported.
Frame the details a reviewer will need to see. A recording can only document what is visible or audible during capture.
PRESERVATION
Let the recording finish uploading and confirm it is saved to the Proof. Complete the required attestation and finalization steps shown in your workflow.
PackProof preserves committed original files and fixes the finalized evidence inventory. A recording saved only on your device has not yet been preserved in the Proof.
SHIPPING
Available carrier events join the shipment timeline. Review tracking activity alongside the packing evidence and order information.
Tracking depends on a supported shipment and available provider reports. A carrier event describes shipping activity; it does not confirm package contents.
REVIEW
Open the evidence when a question arises. Share the appropriate view or export the record for review. Invited participants can add receipt or return evidence through supported workflows.
Check what a shared view includes. Later evidence remains a separate contribution, with its own source and chronology.
Yes. Use a supported order import or enter the transaction details directly. Review the order reference and item information before recording.
No. Automatic intake creates the order context and, when enabled for eligible orders, its Proof. You still record the packing process.
A valid read-only link lets a recipient review the shared evidence without an account. Contributing evidence requires sign-in and the appropriate participation access.
Check the Proof’s preservation status and applicable account terms for its retention period. Export records you need to preserve longer, and confirm the required files are included.
